Usually the same business day. I read every message myself, so you are not waiting on a ticket queue or an account manager to route your request.
What should I include in my message?
As much or as little as you have. A link to your current site, a rough idea of what you want, or even just "my website is slow and I am not getting leads" is plenty to start. I will come back with questions and a plan.
Does an initial conversation cost anything?
No. Before we even talk, I dig into your site and your local market so I can point out a few specific things worth improving. You get a fixed-price quote after that, and there is no obligation either way.
Do you only work with Delaware businesses?
Most of my clients are in Wilmington and New Castle County because that is where I am, but location rarely matters for the work itself. If the project is a good fit, I am happy to work with businesses anywhere.
